East TN Quarterly Fleet Meetings Information Coalition Open Meetings Information Monthly Coalition Meetings | Chattanooga District Open Meetings | Tri-Cities District Open Meetings | Quarterly Meeting Agendas and Notes | Monthly Meetings Archive > East TN Fleet Meetings Information The ETCFC holds quarterly meetings in Knoxville for all fleet managers inlcuding city and county government and other administrators from all over East Tennessee. They are held in the middle month (Feb., May, Aug., Nov.) of each calendar quarter.  We will frequently have presentations from alternative fuel, alt fuel vehicle or other technology providers so that they can explain their products, services or vehicles. Where possible, physical examples will be brought to the lunch spot so that managers can sit in, ride on, or learn hands-on about them. To attend any meeting you just need to show up, but make sure that you are on 2 of our email lists (our whole coalition html email list, and our just-for-these-meetings regular email list) - simply email Jonathan to be added. This way you will get the reminders about the meetings, which is important becuase the location may change on occasion due to technology or fleet presentations. Here's the when/where:

> Coalition Open Meetings Information The ETCFC holds quarterly, open meetings in several different regions of East Tennessee as well. Anyone is invited to attend this meetings and get up-to-speed on what opportunities exist and what all is going on in the region, as well as ask any questions they have about alt fuels or projects (or potential projects). These meetings are held in Knoxville, Gray (for the Tri-Cities area) and Chattanooga (for the southeastern Tennessee area). More information is provided below on each these regional meetings. ----------------------------------

• February 4 • May 6 • August 5 • November 4 Our first Chattanooga district meeting was in June 2003. Please contact Jonathan Overly with the ETCFC (865-974-3625) to learn more about the Chattanooga meetings or get yourself on an email list for information. ----------------------------------
> Tri-Cities District Open Meetings
• February 3 • May 5 • August 4 • November 3 Our first Tri-Cities district meeting was held Friday, December 3, 2004. Biodiesel took up most of the meeting's discussion due to Eastman's and some other regional organizations' interest in that particular fuel. =====================================

Below are provided the meeting agendas and notes from all our quarterly meetings.We don't have meeting notes for all meetings; they are provided where we have them.
